We have years of experience on our team, with two former police officers of Public Protection expertise in the investigation of child abuse (including neglect), serious sexual offences and domestic abuse. We have a wealth of experience in risk assessment and risk mitigation. We have the practical experience and knowledge of multiagency working groups help you to assess the threshold of potential harm and to make the right decisions.
We work face to face with students for whom behaviour and performance has placed them at risk of exiting the mainstream educational system.
We know that alternative provision is expensive and generally does not promote the best life outcomes for students.
The support we provide helps to keep young people inside mainstream education and helps them to succeed against their aspirations and goals.
Through each COVID-19 lockdown we have supported schools in safeguarding the wellbeing of students learning from home. We help students to overcome the barriers to continued learning - whether it is use of technology or the emotional and psychological impact of isolated study.
We follow the guidance provided by the Department for Education to supply the highest quality PSHE learning materials across a range of sensitive and specialist topics including: FGM, Honour Based Violence, County Lines, Drugs, Online Safety, Sexting and Indecent Imagery, Consent, Toxic Masculinity, Healthy Relationships, Knives & Weapons and more.
We have a qualified onboard NLP Master Practitioner who can provide NLP sessions to students in Year 7 and above and all staff.
We have all witnessed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our students and young people. We work with schools to help promote healthy recovery by addressing the concerns and the anxieties of returning to school. We also help schools to re-educate some of the more problematic behaviours that have spread since the pattern of lockdowns was implemented.

We have a transparent fee structure and we can talk you through the different ways in which you can build us into your existing provision - from simply providing you with PSHE content on a subscription basis or having an Inclusive Development team member in your school one day (or more) per week.
