Phil is the company founder and owner. He has 17 years of experience in policing - working in public protection environments as a detective and with schools and multiagency bodies through several years of neighbourhood policing.
Beth Ouzman
Beth joined Inclusive Development in 2021 following 15 years of Pastoral Care in a large village college. Beth works across a range of ages in both Secondary and Primary education.
Chris Bacon
Chris completed a 30 year career with Cambridgeshire Constabulary before moving to the Inclusive Development team in September 2021. He has extensive experience managing offenders and offending behaviours to bring about positive change.
Mike Priestley
Mike Priestley is an NLP Master Practitioner who provides one to one coaching and behavioural change sessions. He works with both professionals (staff and teachers) and with students.
Hannah Moore
Hannah recently finished her GCSEs with outstanding results and now studies A levels at Comberton Sixth-Form College. Hannah is 16 years old and verifies our content to ensure that it is understandable and accessible to our target audience.
